SPIRIT XT185 HOME TREADMILL DESCRIPTION The Spirit XT185 folding treadmill is Spirits entry level home treadmill. It has fewer programmes and features than other Spirit treadmills but is still as reliable and dependable as any other model in their range. If you are the sort of person who just likes to get on and go then you will thrive on this treadmill with its simplicity and minimum programming. However if boredom starts to set in you still have 5 motivating programmes to choose from. The 7.5" (19cm ) blue backlit LCD screen has a bright display and is easy to understand. Direct access to Speed and Incline buttons saves you time and makes workouts more efficient and contact heart rate monitoring makes your workout more effective. The 2.75 HP motor powers the treadmill to a top speed of 10 mph (16km/h) and at that speed you will be thankful for the spacious 20" x 55" (51cm x 140cm) running area. It also has an adjustable cooling fan for additional comfort.
